Return and Exchange Policy – Piccachi® We at Piccachi® always work to earn your trust and satisfaction, so we offer our customers the option to exchange or return products according to the controls outlined below: The product must be in its original condition and within its original packaging, and not opened, used, or tampered with. In case of purchasing a package containing more than one product with a gift: The customer has the right to keep only one shapewear as a free gift. The remaining products must be returned in their original packaging (unopened/unused) to get a refund. After receiving the returned products and verifying their condition, the paid amount will be transferred according to the payment and return policy. Q: What is the available period to exchange/return the product? A: Piccachi® allows the exchange/return of the product within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product. Q: How long does the exchange/return process take? A: The exchange/return process may take 5-10 working days depending on each city or region. Q: How can I get a refund in case of return? A: The amount will be transferred directly to the customer's account after we receive the product at our warehouse and verify it.
